Copper Springs is the Newest building in the East Village. It was built when The Center Village was expanded. Copper Springs is located approximately 150 yards from the Super Bee lift in the East Village and has a lot of Great amenities. Units range in size from Hotel Lock offs to 5 Bedrooms.
Foxpine is located right beside the Super Bee lift and is practically ski in and ski out. As this is an older building there are some units that are dated but all of the units are very spacious.
The Snowflake building is located in the East Village with Ski in and Ski out access to the Superbee lift. Snowflake is a dated building that has a lot of spacious units. This building is ideal if you are looking for the location but do not need all the extras. This building is also great for groups as there are quite a few large units including a 5 Bedroom unit that sleeps up to 12 people.
The Elk Run Townhomes are located along the Mountain Side of the East Village and Range in size from 1 to 4 Bedroom units. These are great options for a family that is looking for a comfortable quite location at Copper Mountain. This complex is located with in a 2-3 min walk to the lift and depending on the unit you can ski back to the complex.
Village point is an often overlooked location, it is located just to the left of the Super Bee chair lift when looking towards the mountain and border the 10th fairway of the Copper Creek golf course in the summer months. The Village Point building has a great built in hot tub with fantastic views towards the ski runs. As this is a bit of an older building you do get a variety of large units and you can find anything from value units to units that have been remodeled.
The Greens is located a 3-5 min walk from the base of the Super Bee chair lift. The units in this building can offer great value to guest that would like to stay at Copper but want to avoid the high prices in the Village. The building does not have a hot tub or sauna but you do avoid the nighttime noise of the Village in this building.
Wheeler House is another great Value building at Copper Mountain with 2 & 3 bedroom options available. This building is about a 4-5 min walk to the lifts. Wheeler House does not have a Hot Tub or Sauna but does have glass enclosed balconies to enjoy after skiing. Wheeler House offers great value to guest that want to stay right at Copper Mountain but also want to avoid the high prices in the Village.
Anaconda’s complex is made up of 4 buildings consisting of 24 units total. Units are mostly larger 2 – 4 bedrooms. Anaconda has a nice large outdoor hot tub! Two of the buildings are connected by an elevated walkway. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the Super Bee Express Chair as you can walk between the Foxpine Inn and Snowflake. The Anaconda buildings border the 8th fairway of the Copper Creek Golf Course.
The 36 unit Peregrine building consist of studios to 3 bedrooms. There are many Studios and they offer great value and a spot to make breakfast! Peregrine has an outdoor hot tub with views of the mountains and Copper Creek golf course. It is located next to the Anaconda and it is approx. a 5 minute walk to the Super Bee Lift. Peregrine has quick access to the Copper Mountain Shuttle Stop in the East Village if you need to get to Ski School or the Center Village.
The Summit House East building is the first one you come to upon entering the East Village on Wheeler Place Road. It is one of the furthest from the chair lift and a 5-6 minute walk to the Super Bee Chair. If you don’t have small children it is one to consider as many units have 2 Queens in each bedroom and can sleep many people. Some are nicely renovated. It offers good value for a large families. The 6–8 person above ground hot tub has a partial mountain view and the Peregrine condos next door. Next to the hot tub is a BBQ and seating area big enough for one family.
The Masters Homes are stand-alone homes in Copper Mt. There are 24 Master Homes. You can ski back to most of them at the end of the day, however, you need to pay attention and know where you going to ensure you take the right trail back. To start the day you can walk across the fairway and use the tubing carpet for enough elevation to access the Super Bee chairlift. These homes are spacious and range from 3,100 sq ft to over 4,000 sq ft. All have in house laundry and a private garage.
The Legends Townhomes are gold rated executive 4 Bedrooms that are spacious (2,200 to 2,700 sq ft) and have their own one car garage and private laundry. They have varied walking distances to the lifts (5–10 minute walk) and are nicely spread out for privacy. There is no shuttle serving this area so you may want to drive to pay parking ($10/day) or drive to the free shuttle (free parking).
The Woods townhomes are two, three and four bedroom units and host a one car garage. These townhomes are between a 5 to 10 minute walk to lifts, depending on location. You may be closer to the Alpine lot to catch the free shuttle. These townhomes are suited to a large family or group who are good skiers or wish to stay in at night do to the distance from the Centre Village. These units do have great views and border the ten Mile Range, Copper Ski Mountain and they are located on Copper Creek Golf Course.
Copper One was built during the Center Village Upgrade in 1999. This unit is the Closest building to the American Eagle and has unit ranging from Hotel Lock Offs to 3 Bedrooms. This is a great building right in the Heart of Copper Mountain.
The Mill Club is a prime location in The Village at Copper. The Mill Club was one of the first platinum rated buildings in Copper followed by The Cirque (Union Creek), so it is viewed as a luxury building. Many units have upgrades such as granite counter tops, upscale cabinets, and King Beds in the master bedrooms. The hot tub at the Mill Club is inside along with a large steam room that is a treat after skiing! The Mill Club may have noise issues as it is right at the Mountain overlooking Burning Stone Plaza, and the Village. BOOKING TIP: All of the units in the Mill Club that look onto the Mountain are 3 Bedroom units, all of the 2 Bedroom units have Plaza/Village Views.
Tucker Mountain Lodge is Gold rated and within 150 yard walk to American Eagle Lift and has a mountain woodsy design theme (rustic modern pine furniture, fireplace mantle & picture frames). About 40% of 1 Bedroom + Den units are located in this building and are well suited to 2 adults and 2 kids. They are spacious, open and great family value. It is 125 yards from the shuttle stop at Mt Plaza. If taking kids to ski school in Union Creek, it’s a bit faster walk across the covered bridge and under the Passage Point walkway to the shuttle that stops across the street. Like all gold rated buildings it has its own outdoor hot tub & fitness room. In addition the Tucker Mountain Building has a pool table on the second floor.
Taylors Crossing is gold rated and sports a mountain woodsy design theme. It has easy access to the American Eagle lift (100-125 yds) and is next to the small West Lake. Many condos have lakeside views. As with all gold rated buildings it has its own outdoor hot tub & fitness room. The 1st floor ski lockers for Taylors Crossing open on to the main pedestrian walkway leading to the American Eagle lift. This is a great place to stay in the middle of the action of the Center Village.
Passage Point is gold rated. It’s only a 2-3 min walk from the American Eagle lift. It is a quieter location just out of the center village. The condos are large and almost all have a King bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd BR has two twin beds or one queen bed. The shuttle to ski school is directly across the street. There are three permanent in-ground mini pool like Hot Tubs, each at different (Hot/ Warm/ Cool) temperature making them suitable for all age groups. Located in a spacious garden with night lighting makes for a great place to unwind after skiing.
TIP: Some units are located on the I-70 side, so ask for mountain facing units if highway noise would be a concern.
Mountain Plaza is a great location as it is only 30 yards to American Eagle lift. It is an older building and some units have been renovated. The 7th floor 2 & 3 BR units have been renovated have awesome mountain views. It can service larger families and groups. Many 1 Bedroom condos have 2 baths and sleep 6 with bedding of 2 Queens (or 2 Doubles) & a Queen Sleeper sofa. Many of the 2 Bedrooms have bedding for 8 to 10 with a King or 2 Queens in Master, 2 Queens (or 2 doubles) in 2nd and a Queen Sleeper sofa in living room.
Downstairs is the Incline restaurant and Belly Button Daycare. It’s close to Center Village and great for families with kids. The ski rental shop is directly across the street and the free shuttle to Union Creek ski school stops right next to the building. The building has free heated underground parking, elevators, and luggage dollies. Mountain Plaza has enclosed sun room areas vs. balconies. Hot tubs are located at ground level in a fenced off courtyard.
Copper Mountain Inn is a true ski in/out buildings in Copper Mt. You can walk out the back door, climb up 10 -15 yds. and ski down to the American Eagle Chair. It is two buildings over from this Chair. Copper Mountain Inn is an older building but has some great units that have been renovated to a gold standard. It has lots of 2 bedroom units with many bedding combinations and some that can sleep up to 12! Many of the 2 bedroom units have 3 bathrooms. A few are 6 bedroom units that can sleep up to 18 people. The units are large and generally older, not renovated, and rated as bronze/economy.
